The service before and after the sale, is the best I have experienced. The price was right with no haggle. When there was a problem, I was treated with great care and respect. Will defiantly purchase my next truck from them.
Which shows we are all human and make mistakes. They are stand up guys and hope we can do business.

We purchased our car from Joe back in February and had a great experience. Due to a recall issue we just had to have the car in the shop over the weekend and that experience was also fantastic. These guys continue to provide great customer service and fair prices.
As much as the lack of follow up was concerning I think the biggest disappointment is how low their trade offer was. I wanted to deal with autosaver but while waiting for follow up from them I took my trades to various dealers (5 other dealers total) to see what a fair value was.
Well after some confusion with not receiving a call back after inquiring about a new plow truck.

I recently purchased a used car from Steve at Autosaver Ford. There was a small problem, but they went above and beyond to make it right. Not many auto dealers actually value their customers after the sale is over, I can say that Steve and the staff were wonderful and I would not hesitate to recommend them!!!
Mediocre service and very poor trade value just didn't win me over. The one shinning light was Mark Wallet in service. I wanted a lift kit installed on the truck I had hoped to purchase from them and he had no issues following up or following through. He is the reason I kept calling and following up trying to buy the truck.
Autosaver Ford was almost 5 thousand less then the lowest quote we had been given. And that quote was from a Chevy dealer who bought vehicles outright with no hope of us purchasing from them. The 5 other dealers were all within 2-3 thousand of each other. Maybe since they didn't have what we wanted on their lot it wasn't worth the sale to them.

Wasn't a very positive experience, we had to be the ones that kept calling them to ask for a simple return call. Then it would take a week and a half to two weeks for them to call us back. If you can't get sales people to call you back I'm not sure what would happen after they had your money.
